Foil Fencing

Foil fencing develops good sportsmanship and self-discipline, physical coordination, and mental toughness. The technical and tactical skills of foil fencing enable fencers of different size, age, and strength to compete on an equal footing. This entry level class is an introduction to competitive sport fencing. Along with great exercise, fencing is a mentally intense, demanding sport that you will enjoy for many years to come.
